In this podcast, Dr. Satterwhite explains the sleep cycle of a normal newborn and how to get started on the road to having a good sleeper. Most babies are born with a 25-hour clock and have to learn how to re-set their clocks each night, settle themselves, and go to sleep. Colic, illness, reflux – all these can impact a baby’s sleep in those early months. Listen and learn about how to do things right from the start, and how to “trouble-shoot” when things aren’t going well.

Being a new mom is such a challenge! Dr. Bill’s sleep podcast series got me through many anxious moments when I wanted to make sure my baby got the right amount of sleep and I was doing it the right way! I can quote many lines from all of his sleep podcasts due to the fact that I listened to them repeatedly! Thank you, Dr. Bill, for your wisdom and your willingness to share it in a way where I could access it in the middle of the night! :)
